WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?

Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes and $150 per session.

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as HSA and FSA cards.

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

I am in-network with Aetna and Optum. I also work with clients using out-of-network benefits and can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, so I recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm your specific benefits.

WHAT IS THE TYPICAL LENGTH FOR THERAPY?

The length of therapy depends on your goals and what you are hoping to work on. Some clients benefit from short-term, focused work, while others prefer longer-term support. There is no “right” number of sessions. My focus is on helping you create meaningful change and clarity at a pace that works for you.

WHAT IS TELEHEALTH?

I provide telehealth therapy to clients located anywhere in California through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. Online therapy allows for flexible, accessible sessions from the comfort of your own space while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
