ABOUT JEREMY

You may be functioning on the outside, but internally something feels off, unclear, stuck, or disconnected.

I offer therapy that combines depth with practical movement, so you’re not just talking—you’re actually changing.

Hi, I’m Jeremy.
I work with thoughtful, high-functioning adults and graduate or university students who often appear successful on the outside but feel stuck, overwhelmed, or anxious underneath. Many are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, or a persistent sense that something in their life or work isn’t quite aligned.
Many have tried therapy before—or spent a lot of time thinking things through on their own—but still feel like something isn’t shifting.

My approach is different.
I combine depth with practical movement. We don’t only explore what’s going on—we focus on how to shift it in a grounded, realistic way that fits your actual life.
Therapy with me is collaborative, active, and focused on helping you regain clarity, direction, and momentum in areas that feel stuck or uncertain—whether that’s relationships, work, identity, or decision-making.
I have over a decade of experience supporting adults through life transitions and identity shifts. I received my clinical training at Columbia University’s School of Social Work and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California.

APPROACH / SPECIALTIES
DEPTH + DIRECTION
Therapy should help you understand yourself, and also help you move forward.
In our work, we’ll explore the patterns, beliefs, and internal conflicts that keep you feeling stuck. But we won’t stay there.
We focus on small, meaningful shifts in how you think, act, and relate to your life that build real momentum over time.
The goal isn’t just insight. It’s movement.
A PRACTICAL, HOPE-FOCUSED APPROACH
I believe people are more capable of change than they often feel. Even when things seem stuck, there are always openings, small shifts that can begin to move things in a new direction.

My role is to help you find and build on those openings, so that change feels possible rather than overwhelming.

My approach draws from Solution-Focused Therapy, strengths-based practice, and existential therapy, combining practical tools for forward movement with deeper work around meaning, purpose, and the internal narratives that shape how you see yourself and your life.
FOR THOUGHTFUL & CREATIVE-MINDED PEOPLE
Many of my clients are creative, reflective, or think deeply about their lives—but feel stuck translating that insight into change.
You might feel caught between knowing what’s not working and not knowing how to move forward.
Our work helps bridge that gap.
COUNSELING FOR LIFE & CAREER TRANSITIONS
Life sometimes comes at us fast. If you find yourself struggling with a relationship and life transition, or a career pivot, therapy can help you adapt to change in a positive and meaningful way by offering compassion and support as you weather the storm.
Change can be a catalyst for personal growth, greater resilience, and increased confidence.
